Just two hand the peeler. The standard r1 combo is plenty fast enough to proc bleed, and the powerstance moveset of twinblades is awful. More blades != more bleed.I’m trying to figure this out myself. I know you should pump up ARC, as the main selling point of this weapon is the art and bleed proc, so start w 40 or more there. It is better to dual wield at high level for pretty much every weapon unless you are using a shield, 2 handing is never needed. I believe it's really preference. Eleonora spawned without any intro and, not knowing what to do, I killed her. She did not drop anything on dying.

I use Eleonoras PB together with a Godskin Peeler with frost for PvE. Gives me bleed and frost procs and on the next attack, the fire damage from Eleonoras PB removes the frost build up and lets me proc frost it instantly again. I'm melting bosses with this set up.
