I don't think you can watering can mystical agriculture seeds. I think greenhouse glas from actually additions works, also the mystical agriculture growth accelerators work. Other than that they grow rather slowly. If you have tiny progressions in your pack, growth crystals should speed up growth quite well.

However, when I right-click the pylon it says "Pylon is working". It has a hoe in it, a chest on top and finally, the area for every pylon is 9x9 but the area is irrelevant according to my test.
