Toyota rav4 not starting no crank.

A few days ago I went out to start my beloved rav4 for work. It was hard starting, once it started it sputtered for about 20 seconds then died. It cranks over and gets gas. But to my avil, no start. Today when I went to start it all lights, radio and cameras work but the engine makes a buzzing noise and won't start. Here is a detailed list of procedures out of the toyota shop manual. In general it starts fine. Engine turns over about 2 or 3 times and it is started. But a couple of times when it has been warm and only switched off for a short time it has been very hard to start. It turns over slowly and sounds as if the is going flat. Then when it starts it seems fine.
