Hi, I'm hoping somebody could please tell me how I can reclaim a world that turned into a Sterilization Hub when the Contingency endgame popped? I have wiped out all enemy fleets in my territory and all other planets have fallen back under my control.

If you have NSC, try destroyers with as many small weapons as possible. NSC corvettes are pretty much vanilla, but destroyers have much more firepower.
