Valkyr is a great frame and amazing for Lich hunting, she lacks big aoe and utility. Her 1 is only useful in niche situations and 3 is only useful in gimmick builds. Hysteria is great and fun but her claws can be out DPS’d by non exalted melee weapons. Valkyr's Warcry might be an interesting one. Attack speed translates to movement speed for Assimilate builds, and the AoE slow doesn't hurt for Chaos-spamming CC builds. I've also considered Oberon's Smite: just have Psychic Bolts and Smite be the 1-2 combo that fires heat-seeking projectiles to strip defenses and do %-of-max-health damage.
